What Are You Reading Wednesday #58: Pressed to Death

whatareyoureadingwedWhat Are You Reading Wednesdays #WAYRW is a weekly feature on It’s A Reading Thing. It’s fairly straight forward. Just answer a few simple questions about the book you are currently reading and the post it. If you use the image above, please make sure you link it back to It’s A Reading Thing.

How to participate:
Grab the book you are currently reading and answer three questions:

1. What’s the name of your current read?

Pressed to Death by Kirsten Weiss

2. Go to page 34 in your book or 34% in your eBook and share a couple of sentences.

“Maddie?  You’re here to see your space?”

“Yes.  Betsy, right?  This is my colleague, Leo.”

“Hi, Leo.  I’m Betsy Kindle with Ladies Aid.”  She handed him the bucket.  “Let me give you the tour.”

“Is my mother here” I asked.

“No, I don’t think so.”  Her chin dipped.  “Shall we?”  She motioned toward the stairs.

“Maybe I should just focus on my space,” I said.  “It’s, uh, a lot bigger than I thought.”

3. Would you like to live in the world that exists within your book? Why or why not?

I haven’t actually started this book yet.  I am finishing an ARC and will have that review up today or tomorrow.  However, I have read the first book in the series and I think it would be interesting to live in a town with a paranormal shop of weird and unusual items.  It’s been awhile since I read the first book of the series, but it’s a cozy mystery and typically I enjoy these kinds of books.
