The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted at Caffeinated Book Reviewer. It’s a chance to share news, post a recap for the week before, showcase books and things we have received, etc.
It’s been a long time, but I’m happy to announce that I am back! I have missed having time to read for fun and to talk about books. Over the past year, I’ve been overwhelmed with school, work, and family. Fortunately, I finally have the opportunity to dedicate time and effort into my reading, reviewing, and blogging.
I haven’t had the opportunity to read quite so many books this year. But I have done some reading and will be posting the reviews over the next few weeks. This weekend I am finishing an arc, Deeper by Jaine Diamond, so be on the lookout for that review.
This week has been an interesting one for me. On Monday night, I was fortunate enough to go to a meet and great with Jay Asher, the author of Thirteen Reasons Why. I also picked up two of his books and will be reading and reviewing those in the next few weeks. I’ll have a post later today or tomorrow about the experience.
I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving and that you have a great week!
All book covers are linked to my personal review of the book or it’s Goodreads or Amazon page.

Here’s my (general) upcoming TBR list in no particular order:
It has been a long time! Have you already gone on your trip to Zimbabwe?
I actually wasn’t able to go to Zimbabwe. I was working 18 hours/day and doing multiple grad classes. By the end of the Spring semester I was so sick that I almost wound up in the hospital. It’s my hope I can go another time. Nice seeing you again!
So cool you met an author you like.Glad to see you back 🙂
It was interesting and he was really funny. Usually I just stand in line forever and get an autograph. So having him speak to us was an interesting experience. 🙂 I’m happy to be back! Thanks for stopping by!
Welcome back! Have a great week and enjoy your new books.
