2016 Dystopia Reading Challenge – Mid-Year Update

2016 Dystopian Reading Challenge

The 2016 Dystopia Reading Challenge is hosted by Tracy @ Cornerfolds and Claudia @ My Soul Called Life

I’ll admit, I’m a bit burned out on the whole dystopia phenomena that has encompassed our entertainment industry for the past decade or so. However, that doesn’t mean I’m against trying to find new dystopian books to read. It just means I’m not always as forgiving if the plot lines fail or it it’s extremely reminiscent of another series. I don’t want to read the next Hunger Games. I want to read something that’s as good, but it in its own way. But that also doesn’t mean I haven’t found some intriguing ones to enjoy. All in all, I think this challenge keeps me coming back to dystopian books and I’m happy about that because I’ve found some that I really enjoy. Here are all of the books I’ve read for this challenge so far:

Wayward Wolfen Angels Can't Fly Blood Sky The 5th Wave Stars Above Death to the Undead TWD Vol 25 No Turning Back Frozen The Impostor Queen The Glittering Court

All covers are linked to the review.

Total Books Read: 11

Current Level:

11 - 15 Dystopian
