The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted at Caffeinated Book Reviewer. It’s a chance to share news, post a recap for the week before, showcase books and things we have received, etc.
It’s been another uneventful week for us. More of my summer groups started this week and it was great to finally get those started. I’ll admit it’s interesting to get to work with so many kids of different age groups and with each of my groups being different, I’m getting to experience a lot of different things with each new group. I think this is going to be a great summer. So… it doesn’t pay all that well. So what, right? It’s something I’m enjoying and hopefully, if I start classes in the next few weeks, it won’t be too exhausting. Either way, I can’t wait to see how it all goes.
My son’s birthday is quickly approaching and that also means the annual Autism 5K is almost here. In fact, we’ll be walking in it next weekend. Usually, I run in the race. But I’m still having moments where I have trouble breathing through my nose since my nasal surgery. So instead of pushing myself too much, we’re just going to walk the 3.1 miles. But next year… we are running!
Anyways, I hope you all are having a great weekend and that you have a great week!

Here’s my (general) upcoming TBR list in no particular order:
As you may know, I am supposed to be starting graduate school this summer or fall (depends on my financial aid). However, I have the daunting task of taking and passing the Miller’s Analogies Test. Normally, I don’t let exams get to me, but if there’s one thing I’m not really good at it, it’s trying to solve analogies. The exam is supposed to be based on everything you should know up to this point, but let me tell you something, that’s a load of crock… Read More
I decided to go ahead and allow myself one more request on Netgalley. I’ve hit the 80% mark, but I have no desire to complete overwhelm myself in requests again. This time I’m going to take it one book at a time and go with the flow.
I have an Amazon giftcard that I’m itching to use, but I think I’m going to hold off for a few weeks until I collect a few more. This way I’ll get several books, instead of one. However I did find some great deals on Amazon and picked up these two for free!
Oh nice new reads! Those are pretty much new to me ones! Hope you enjoy them all!
Here’s my STS
Have a GREAT day!

Thanks! Looking forward to getting to them.
It sounds like you are enjoying summer! Good luck with your analogies studying!
I’m trying to enjoy it. The good thing is I get a lot of free time off. The bad thing is I’m spending most of it raiding all of my favorite shows on Netflix! And thanks! Hopefully I can pass. Hope you’re enjoying your summer.
Your TBR books all look good, enjoy whichever ones you read next. And good luck studying for the exam- have a good week.
Thanks! I need to figure out which one will be next, but hopefully it will be a good one. Thanks for stopping by!
