This week’s loot from the library is heavier than I originally expected. For one, two dvds I’ve had on hold for awhile have finally come in. But also because my son and I made a trip to the county library. This was a big mistake. They have an entire room for new releases… and all of their covers face outward. As someone who typically chooses books based on their cover, this is a bad situation to be in. Fortunately, I was able to reign it in and even managed to find one of the Netgalley books I still need to get to. With my eyes feeling so strained after reading ebooks, this will help me knock out one more book from there that would otherwise continue to be put off.
Here’s this week’s library loot (including my son’s checkouts:
- The Intern (DVD)
- The Scorch Trials (DVD)
- Sage Eyes by V.C. Andrews
- The Imposter Queen by Sarah Fine
- Karma is a Killer by Tracy Weber
What did you pick up from the library this week? Or what are you planning on putting on hold? Leave me a comment and let me know!
I will hopefully get to the library tomorrow. I haven’t been there in like 2 weeks because of the spring training schedule. Unfortunately my favorite library is right next to a baseball stadium.
Ouch! I’m planning on avoiding mine until I can get caught up on my reading. I still have one more review I owe for this month and two I’m behind on. I just have to stay away from new books. But it’s sooo hard. 😛
