Checking Out the Library

Checking Out the LibraryThis week’s loot from the library is fairly light. As mentioned in previous posts, I’ve been waiting for NYPD Red 4 to come in and it finally did. But I also decided to start rewatching one of my shows that is in its final season, Lost Girl. The thing about this particular series is the fact the world of fae include every mythological creature that mankind has ever imagined. From vampires to the Greek Gods, there’s nothing the show hasn’t attempted to address. But the problem is, I have been watching it for several years and over that time, details about the show and story line have fallen away. So why not embark on a marathon, right?

Here’s this week’s library loot:

  • NYPD Red 4 by James Patterson
  • The Lost Girl Season 1 (DVD)
  • The Martian (DVD)

I’m not sure what will be coming in from the library over the next few weeks. I currently have only three holds left and none of them are books. I’ve been holding off until I finish up the ones I have and obviously, that’s taking me forever. My checkout list is down to 32, even with me picking up the three new items this week, so I’m starting to make headway. So, hopefully, one of these days I’ll catch up!

What did you pick up from the library this week? Or what are you planning on putting on hold? Leave me a comment and let me know!
