This Week’s Question:
Do you read every day? If so, do you have a “page goal?”
For the most part, I do read every day. It’s a rare occasion when I take a full day off from reading, especially now that I’ve become more active with my blogging. There are days that I may be more relaxed with my reading and have no goal set. But for the most part, I always try to read 10 – 15% of my book at a time and my daily goal is typically 25 – 50% of the book a day. This doesn’t always happen and I refuse to beat myself up for it. Sometimes I just want to spend my lunch break taking a nap or talking with my coworkers. Some weekends I’m busy running errands or just really want to curl up with my son and watch a movie. So I guess you could say my goals are flexible and for me, they work.
